What do you mean by "good condition"? A coin in 'Good' condition is actually in pretty bad condition. Can you post a pic?

Also, there are three types of 1864 Indian Head Cents - 1) CN (Copper-Nickel) 2) Bronze and 3) With 'L' on Ribbon. Which of these types do you have? The bronze without 'L' is the most common and least valuable.

We need more information to intelligently answer your question but Grey Sheet for an 1864 IHC in Good condition is:

    CN - $15.50
    Bronze - $8.50
    With 'L' - $37.00

Another purchase using stolen coins. It is the primary reason for finding the good old stuff with ignorant heirs following closely.
