canadian 2008 25 cent quarter differences

    ok so im after looking through about 10,000 quarters lol, im always looking for
    older or strange coins heres three one is normal, the other seems like its starting to
    rust on one side. the other looks like its toning.. only thing is i didnt weigh them
    the normal quater i put there in the pic as a comparison, have a look and give me your thoughts.

    oh the middle one is the normal,, of coarse hey lol, i know some people just answer with "post damage "but if theres various metal differences id like to know, any info appriciated

    They have a steel core, so if the nickel plating gets scratched the core is exposed and it rusts because of the iron in the steel. Sorry not an error just a damaged coin. The other coin is also due to corrossion.
