State Quarter Flush

    Does anybody think the state quarters went down the drain? Today, at my local show I
    could buy gold plated ones for a buck each. Translated, 2 cents worth of gold. PASS!
    The market for this stuff died. No recovery in sign for a while. Anybody agree?

    They made way too many and way too many people collected them. They will never be rare IMO.

    BTW, for some reason, this coin is extraordinarily difficult to photograph.

    lol i dont think those will be worth something in my lifetime or this century.

    i mean besides 25 cents each of course.

    Regulars no. The only reason I said that is because its silver proof. And its a full set. Individually maybe worth a couple bucks but the full set would, imo, help value.
