It's not unusual to see them without a numeric grade. The 83-O is extremely common and it's possible that a dealer had a bulk submission in which he specified a minimum grade. He could have gotten any that didn't qualify slabbed "BU" at a reduced price. Chris
I think someone sends in a mass quantity of coins for grading and they receive a discount for only having them grade this way. *I could be wrong* ^^ Literally posted seconds after cpm9ball. I'll be posting some more coins, I'm loading them right now.
You will get more views than opinions on the coins. You will need to wait and see if someone with a toning interest will post or pm an opinion. I do not track the toning market or toned coins.
