    This is one of those coins that I think you just can't tell. It has both characteristics of NT and AT. My guess is that it is the victim of some very odd storage method and that it is NT, but that is a complete guess. Either way, I wouldn't pay $300 for toned bullion with a black sun rising.

    It would not be graded by PCGS unless they thought it was natural. they know a lot more than I.

    market acceptable AT...... I agree with the odd storage theory, but think the storage was probably intentionally applied with the intent to tone ;)

    I would say AT. Am I postive? no, but I'd bet on it.
