Went to the coin show in Chattanooga, TN yesterday and picked this up...Any opinions on grade, or a fair price?

Nice VF-25. Why do you want to know what a fair price would be for it? First of all, before we answer that, what did you pay? That is actually the large 4 variety, but the 4 seems to be tooled.

I would say F-15. Grey Sheet for the coin in Fine is $37.

I also agree with the f-15 grade...I think the reverse would go VF, but the obverse holds it back. I picked it up for just under greysheet price: 35$. What about the 4 makes it looked tooled to you coinmaster?

Nothing about the 4 looks tooled to me. Just some wear and a hit or two on it.
