    What do you mean by Texas cent?

    A Texas cent is a penny that has been put inside a leather belt (or something else)
    and pounded until it is stretched out larger than a reg cent. I have a bunch of them.

    You don't say! I have relatives that live there. Once on a visit I ordered breakfast and I didn't eat until the next day! LOL Delish!

    Well, it's not worth one cent, because the self serve machines and the Coin Star will reject it. I guess you could hand pay it to a cashier but the really large ones you can't do anything with them except keep it as an oddity.

    They fit in some cent rolls. I know for sure! :)
