That note looks like a proof... there is no signatures on it or anything. I would check ebay or call an expert. Obsoletes are my currency specialty.
When you say a "Proof" do you mean similar to a proof coin, and not meant to be put into circulation? Thanks
actually a note like yours was unissued so it could be called uncirculated but maybe not uncirculated condition. I would feel better if somebody else verified what I said like Dr.Kegg?
