No, I'm not gonna start 100 threads. This is a coin I recently purchased, and I am wondering what you guys make of it's grade... slabbed by PCGS.

I like it. Looks lusterous and 64 is possible in my eye's

Hard to discern between luster grazes and hits from the photo but the cheek is too cluttered for a gem grade. I say MS64.

If you are going to play guess the grade, you need to change the title of your pictures before postiong them. That being said, I agree with the first 2 guessers and do not understand the grade it got.

I like the 64 grade also. A few too many bag marks for 65 to me.

Is that a ding in the hair above the forehead ?

If not, then I like 64 also... maybe 65. If it is a ding,, then maybe 63....
as already noted,, wonderful reverse,,, great eye appeal... very nice coin.

There is definitely something there. If it is not a ding, it is a strike through.

Upon closer examination, I'm thinking it's a strike through. Not quite sure how to tell the differences, though.

    BTW, the grade is MS63PL.

I'm late but I would have called it a 64. Nice coin.
