What are the signatures and condition of the notes?

    All common if they're Beattie/Raminsky

they are the most common prefixes from the modified portrait of the queen. These are the lowest valued of their kind. Without any pictures I will not be able to give you an price estimate but know that these are quite common and will be worth face value in VF in most cases and F for the 20$. If you add pics I will try the help you further...

now that I see the pictures I can tell you that these are worth face value.

if you want examples of the 1954 set you should start a devil's hair set. but the modified portrait ones although common are as neat if you only want them as a type and are a lot more affordable then the 1954 devills. Either way 75 bucks is too much for these imo, you could get far better examples for that kind of money...

    i understand

i already have a set of devil faces, and notes from different years..hum i love coins more but bills are cool as well..maybe ill just buy them to have them money is money. i guess i could waste 75.00 on something that would be gone tommorow..and in 20 years time maybe it will be worth 75.00 lol

Yes, they can be. I was referring to the prefixes that Maggie provided and I checked them in my Charlton's. All the ones she had were the Beattie/Raminskys based on the prefixes and serial numbers.
