What was the oldest piece you've ever found in circulation?

Is that after years of searching? Or beginners luck way back when?

1681 zeelandia (dime?) found in a roll of cents about two yrs ago.

I found two or three Indian cents and several 1910 Lincolns. Of course that was in the sixties.

 

I work at burger king and someone payed with a 1934 peace dollar

 

I found a 1919 Lincoln cent around 2 months ago. :thumb:

 

The dealer by me will give Indian Head cents or Ikes as change all the time.

 

I got 10 rolls of cents at the bank branch inside the grocery. All CWRs. I found a 1905 IHC and a 1919 Lincoln in one of them. Oldest most recent finds from near circulation, anyway.

wow, onecenter! I'd love to find that. I actually found a 1914 wheatie in some rolls the other day. I was quite pleased with it.

 

My oldest find roll searching was a 1863 civil war token 'our army'.
