Wondering if anybody has sent anything in for re-holdering that had a special designation label? For example, say you had a 20th anniversary eagle or a shipwreck coin in a beat up slab, and you wanted it in a new edgeview, slab. Anybody know if they could still produce the original labels they used several years ago for a new slab?
I don't know, but I hope they do! I have a few that need reholdering! I'd have to send them in through my dealer, though.
I would call NGC customer support and ask. They are very responsive and helpful. That said, I doubt they will be able to do as you ask, but I do hope that I'm wrong and bid you good luck! Please let us konw what they say....Mike
