is it a good show? space between tables? etc.? It's a two hour drive for me and I am curious to some opinions...
It's a good show...the aisles are a little tight... but still manageable. I'm heading down there in just a little bit to start setting up.
Yes this is the annual state show. As mentioned the aisles are a little tight but it is an enjoyable show. On Saturday at 1:00 PM they have a YN auction open to anyone under the age of 18. Everyone gets $250 in auction money at the door to use. (There are ways to earn extra auction money as well. No pooling of funds by bidders allowed.) You use your auction money to bid on coins and supplies donated by the dealers. Some of it is just common stuff, but I have seen Gold , Platinum, CC dollars, keys and semi keys sold in this auction as well. And what the YN's win they get to keep free. I will be there both Friday and Saturday. (I'll be broke on Saturday though.)
i wish i would have know about this show earlier. too late to change my plans this weekend. is it held at the same time every year?
So how was the show for those here that attended? I had a dealer take down the 6 notes that I just got back from PCGS and he said it was a slow show.
