$100 error - missing seal .. real?

    I know this type of error 'can' happen.... but did it in this auction? I know the seal can be removed post mint too by chemicals....

    Looks like it is missing the 3rd overprint from the scan. My sister found a $20 like that while she worked at a bank. They are definitely uncommon, but fakes are out there. Without authentication, you can't know just by looking at the scan. I don't know if I would go for 5x face on this note though....

    Ask him to send you a pic with the bill in the light so that you can see the watermarks. He has 100% positive feedback and has 4500 feedbacks so I think it may be legit.

    Plus it's 7 day money back, so you have some protection.

    It also looks legit to me....but maybe a little pricey.
