    It's called a dryer coin. They get stuck and the drm turns on them wearing them flat like yours. It's PMD.

    PMD means Post Mint Damage...not an error, damaged after being minted.

    Well I'm sorry to tell you. But what you have is most likely post mint damage also. That's no mint error of any kind.

    there's more than one dryer in the world.

    Go to a laundrymat and listen to the machines. One can usually hear more than one machine that has coins rolling through them.

    The OP's coin is not a "dryer coin". But it is damaged. Both faces were heavily abraded after the coin left the MInt.
