I found this coin on the ground today which was awsome and wanting to know if it had any value to it. It looks like it has a D on it from my camera when I zoomed in.
Wow That is a great stroke of luck to find that on the ground, will get this protected as soon as possible.
considering this is the same coin that's on ebay..... same as your other post with the 1928 Peace, also a pic from ebay....
I believe he is saying that he doesn't find your story creditable ? I haven't seen the eBay pics, so I am making no judgement right now.
I'm not sure it's the same coin. The e-bay coin seems to have a nick on the rim about 2 o'clock on the reverse that I don't see on this coin.
Well im sure if i put the two pictures of the coins next to each other they would be different from each other. This one is mine And this is the ebay one The big difference i see is the L in liberty
If someone lost that to the ground, I bet they were carrying it as a good luck coin, or a memento of sorts..it might be special to them. I think I would try to find the owner. Maybe put a note up in the local area, asking someone to identify? Just a thought. Someone is missing it. Lucy
Well just finished putting up flyers around where I found it, good thing I live in a small town so hopefully that will help
Well they are not the same coin but I will say that they are close to each other. Look left of the I in my pic you see a dot or something while the ebay one dosent have it. I am not going to be called a liar here.
