Bone, none of the Bouquet Sous from Montreal are dated. The first 2 issues were issued in 1835 & 1836 with the denomination expressed incorrectly as 'SOUS'.In 1837,there was a 1 Sou piece issued that has a star & liberty cap added to the design as a way of expressing sympathies for those who took part in the 1837 Rebellions in both of the Canadas. The piece pictured is the 1837-38 issue that replaced the 'Rebellion Sou'.These pieces are very popular with British Commonwealth coin collectors, not
just those in either Quebec or the rest of Canada.

Bone,I have got a battered 3rd edition of 'Coins of Canada' by J.A. Haxby & R.C. Willey. So I looked it up in there. There is also a Charlton catalogue of Canadian traders' tokens as well. The link is in another area of the board.
