Made my first coin purchase today:)

I've been collecting coins for a little while now but just from my pocket change.
Well today I was at a flea market and I saw this package with 5 Mercury dimes. I'd only ever seen a Mercury dime online (since I live in Canada there are not many in circ around here). I have some US coins in my collection, mostly wheat pennies, but now I have something I can display.


Now I need to find a real coin show, that would be fun

Amen to that ! This hobby closely resembles the plant from "The Little Shop of Horrors". The more you feed it, the bigger it gets, and the more feeding it requires. lol

Awesome. Buyin coins is cool cuz you get exactly what you want and its fun to try and find bargains. But finding coins in your change/roll searching is the best. It's like finally finding that needle in the haystack. Enjoy your coins buddy.
