Northern Mariana Islands...isn't this the lowest mintage last year? so why are the mint boxes selling for at or lower then the mint's price for them? I'm confused I would think low mintage means it should be worth more then face value...or what the mint was selling for.... maybe it's a supply and demand thing and not enough people want 'em? I'm still new to numismatics and was on e-bay looking up mint boxes for the past 11 years and found this backwards to what I thought it would be...
True about the mintage. BUT If you want a PD set there over 35 million. Therefore you've got the "supply and demand" concept correct also.
