Picked up these today. All for $72. I think i did pretty well, let me know what you think....

Umm, if that 1889 CC is real, in that condition, its about $500 itself. The 1888-S is worth while too, again if they are real.

I know for a fact that they are 100% real.

 

How are you so sure? Some fakes are so good that even some "experts" can't tell the difference. I'm not playing you down, but I'm just being the devil's advocate. A real 1889CC in G4, possibly AG3, which is what I would grade yours, is worth upwards of $450. The 1888S is also worth quite a chunk of money. Why in the world would you buy them raw?

 

I can't give away my secrets, but I know they're real.

 

Worth 10X what you paid. $700 in coins........

I would say added MM

 

If they're real, I'm curious to know why someone would give away these coins at a mere fraction of their worth. Was the gun loaded?

BTW, I love that 89 CC, something about CC Morgans in the lower grades just inspires my imagination.

Yup, you got me. I actually had a relative of mine, in another state, get them for me.
