I paid .75 cents for it a couple of weeks ago and I want to know if the price of silver has driven them up. Anyone want to try to grade and value it?

What ziggy means is that it's only worth melt value. It's fair to say a dealer would pay you around $1.00-$1.25 for it.

I tried to go back to him last week and he told me that they were now $1.50 each! Has silver jumped that much within 2 weeks????

Glad I got them when I did. They are all common dates, but they are still cool. He had some common date "V" nickels for 75 cents too.
    I got a couple, including a 1912 "V" .........

My guess is he wasn't paying attention ande didn't get his prices updated. I would have bought all he had at 75c each.
