Mississippi quarter - slightly weak "Mississippi" in general and especially very weak "Missi" part.

Connecticut quarter - In "The Charter Oak" the word "oak" is very weak compared to everything else.

Coins are BU from original mint rolls, no way it can be wear, so i guess it can only be weak strike. I`d like to know if this is considered an unwanted damage/flaw and one would try to replace such coin, or is this considered an error and sold for premium?

The die are blocked with grease and of no value today. You can get rolls that are full of blockages. Sorry. Just think of the1C 1922 no "D" coin, that was a grease blocked coin, but look what it brings. Sorry. :)-O)
