The front side looks much better in life than the scan Im not sure why? Anyone have any ideas on a grade? Im not very familiar with these.
It's hard to say. It almost looks like a counterfeit...but from those pictures it's impossible to tell. Assuming it's genuine it looks to have been harshly cleaned at some point. I would call it VF details cleaned.
