    Great looking Two Pence!:thumb:
    I would grade it EF45 -AU-50 nice old coin!

    I estimate it as a really good paperweight. :)

    Those are cool coins, but I wouldn't want to be carrying around a pocketful of them.

    Hard coin to find without rim bruises. I would say EF45 for US grading, or gEF for other grading. Nice coin! Sorry, but it has been years since I was in the market for any of these, so cannot speak intelligently as to value.
