after editing about 4 times, i forgot my decimal point.. should be 6.8? or is it 68. ahhhh. numbers arent working in my head right now >.< i'll stick with 6.8... move the decimal over 3 places because he was 3 decimal places off.. right? .001 to 0.000001.... 3 more decimal places right? its getting late. i need to go to bed. 6.8... final answer..
you only get one choice. Entries so far are Krispy(3), swish513, d.t.menace, wassappening, Duke Kavanaugh, and lincolncent.
Just in case Accordian's answer isn't accepted, to prevent krispy from grabbing another entry (lol) I'll submit 6.8 as my new answer
That would be correct. And I would have never guessed that low lol. I didn't realize the mintage was that high.

lol... I have a real problem with following directions. Not sure if you'll let me change my answer again, but if you will, my final answer is: 7
I guess my rules didn't say that you were limited to one guess, just the first to give the correct answer. BUT, from now on you only get one guess per question. cubenube is correct, ready for my question.
So if you don't know it off the top of your head, I get an entry into the contest? Alright here's my question: Steel pennies were made and circulated in the year 19XX; take XX and add it to the year Morgan Dollars were first minted. The resulting number is the year that THIS particular coin started being produced, I'll call it the 'Banana'. When was the last year 'Bananas' were struck by the Mint? (Sorry the whole 'bananas' thing isn't a trick I just thought it might make the question more sensible? Perhaps not lol) Edit: FOR CAMLOV2 ONLY!
45 + 1879 =1921, peace dollars started in 1921 and ended in 1935. Entries so far are Krispy(3), swish513, d.t.menace, wassappening, Duke Kavanaugh, lincolncent, and cubenewb.
For my next question I am not sure of the correct answer, so you better work hard and find me the answer. Your answer can be either a bill or coin but you only get to use one side. So your answer could be 2001 penny observe or 1928 $5 reverse. The question- Which bill or coin pictures the most people on one side? And to make this a little harder I am going to exclude any bill that shows the signing/presentation of the Declaration of Independence (the back of the current $2 bill) One answer/guess per person, if you edit your post it will not count. Since I don't know the correct answer I will give 36 hours before declaring a winner.
Hehehe, incorrect! 1921 was right, but it would be 43+1878... You are right that the denomination is peace dollars, however there is another hidden twist. The U.S. mint actually minted peace dollars (a little over 300,000 of them) in 1965 with the date of 1964. They were never released to the public and were later melted down, but they were in fact 'struck.' Muwahahaha!
So after 24 hours those of us who already have entries in the contest can post an answer for this one, then ONLY after 36 hours you will post the winner(s)? Sounds like an another automatic in for me! :thumb:
