RB 1909 IHC: Grade and value?

For all you copper experts..... what grade and value would you pin on this IHC? I somewhat unexpectedly became it's new owner and it's going in my IS U.S. type set. Really liked the color on this one.

I have a rough idea. Just curious what others thought. It won't make or break anything so guess away!

Are those scratches above the 1st 2 feathers and below the date? I'm not sure if its the pic, or I'm seeing a touch of rub on the obverse...

 

I'd say MS-63-64 RB , nice no problem coin . Really like the color .

Very nice IHC Vess1. The color is amazing and the detail is sweet. MS65 or better is my guess. Gratz on owning this coin.

Has a few flyspecks and doesn't seem to have the booming luster that is necessary for a higher grade.

I agree 64rb as long as those are not scratches on the coin.

 

The rim on the obverse between 11-1 is that a glare or is it pmd?

 

Thanks for all the replies. Actually don't have it yet so I can't answer any of your questions. Just wanted some opinions to see if I was in the ball park. I had guessed it might be 63, maybe a 64 if lucky. If it has any glaring problems, I might send it back. I think the scratches are on the holder.

I think I see wear in the feathertips. Maybe that's just me...

 

This came in today. It's problem free. Looks even better in person.

Most Indian head cents come with the headress feathers smooth at the end .
