I want to know what's the value of these USSR paper money

Did not know that USSR can also be spelled as URSS. No idea about the value, but these are from Bulgaria.

 

URSS is in French i'm sorry

 

These notes are neat to look at but even in UNC they can be easily found for less than $1.00 each.

 

Yeah , I bought one of each denomination of those Bulgarian notes and as David said, you can replace then for less then $1 each.
