What are your opinions on this 1886 Morgan dollar?

and @ gdjmsp...what do you think it would grade?
ms 62? 61? it probably does take away from its value...
since it has bag marks...but I do have a couple of
Ms64's that also have bag marks but not really
noticeable since its not toned like that morgan I showed.

Those marks in front of her nose, around the 7th left star, and near the P of PLURIBUS look odd. I wonder if they're scratches. They form a square around the 'P'.

 

That's about the same price I pay for the common Morgans at my coin shop, minus the toning of course.
