I would say no for 6.50, i think you could get a better note for around the same or little more price.

If you have the time and luck you might beable to get one for face. just "roll" search $1.00's from the bank.
They are pretty common. Do you have a coin shop or pawn shop in your area? Usually dealers keep stacks upon stacks of Silver Certificates and United States Notes for resell.
