    I am a scientist, who likes to apply science to numismatics. I have access to an XRF and SEM in my lab, which makes solving off-metal coins and striking errors much easier. I have published several papers in the Royal Canadian Numismatic Association Journal, Errorscope and am a regular contributor to the Charlton Standard catalogue. I also have a regular column in the CN Journal on Canadian varieties. I sell coins, online and at coin shows, under the name Sherwood Park Pennies.
