I am an active coin collector and have been since I was 9 going on 40 years now. I buy and sell on ebay and go to coin auctions on a regular basis. I would like to think I am advanced in collecting but one never stops learning. I also love metal detecting when I can. Kansas is the perfect place for this. I also wouldn't mind getting out to go treasure hunting. I live in Lawrence and somewhere between 4 cedar trees from Lawrence to Eudora is a hidden cache of Gold from the burning of Lawrence.
