I'm a collector of foreign coins (really all coins to be more accurate). I've had this coin for many years and have just stumbled upon it again in an envelope labeled, "Unknown." I'm assuming it from one the states that was formerly part of the Ottoman Empire, but my paging through the Standard Catalog of World Coins multiple times has left this coin unidentified. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
