2013 d penny

I understand there are many errors in 2013 and so called doubling but I took this pic from my iPhone and pic does not do justice of few letters like end letter on t has more then a sherif almost a u- turn. Sorry I have no fancy lights to bring it out but with my iPhone this is all I can take
