El koko loco coin hunter

1977-quarter

Possible mint error. Coin seems to be too think, this has caused some different issues with the lettering and rim. Also the reverse side of the quarter shows thickness and what appears to be a cut crossing from the left edge thru to the right side of the eagle. No mint mark noted.
