What to do with unwanted coins?

So here's an example of why I asked this question initially:

I was going through coin shoebox #1 yesterday and discovered that my mom gave me around thirty Philippine "five centavos" coins, all circulated and from the year 1945. I'm not sure if its because they're copper-nickel-zinc, but most have the obverse side completely worn down. The World Coins book says that an uncirculated coin would be $0.25, but doesn't mention any grade below that. I'd like to put a couple of the best ones in 2x2's, but what about the rest?

Well, there is no listing for lower grades because there is literally -=NO=- collector demand for these coins in circulated condition. I would give them out one at a time in the "need-a-penny" tray at any local stores you frequent. They will eventually make it to someone who thinks they are cool, and maybe spark a new collector!
