Your opinion if the coin is artifically toned?

    Typically, consistent and progressive edge-to-center toning is genuine. I would say you have a winner.

    It is 25 Centisimos of a Balboa. It is about the size of a US Quarter. The silver (un-toned) areas in the center are about the size of a US dime.
