This is one I'm a little puzzled over so I thought I'd see what you come up. This is graded by NGC.

I will go with 64. Those nicks on the beard, field, and collar hurt it.

I go with, "Why would anyone want to encapsulate this coin?"

I'd have to say MS64. All those small nicks and bits affect it imo.

Said I would wait until tonight, but I think I'm going to go ahead and end this since I may be going out of town. Any more guessers?

Since I did not slab it, I don't know. Maybe they thought it would hit that magical top-pop number.

This one really surprised me two ways. I agree whole-heartedly with RLM on a 64 given those marks in the prime areas. I've been picking up cheap slabs(for a buck or so usually) in order to have some grading references in hand that I can go by. When I go this one the 66 surprised me after viewing the coin up close and I was equally surprised by the RB designation. My photos are white balanced in Photoshop, so what you see is pretty accurate. Where's the brown?

Luster, that's what the TPG's like. There's a tinge of some darker red toning, that's where the "brown" is.
