So I'm considering doing a teletrade submission and have the following coins I need opinions on which tpg to have them graded at

1871 CC seated dime (bent) I was leaning NCS
1872 CC seated dime (huge cuts across observe) I was leaning NCS

1888 seated quarter AG3-F2. Reverse abbrasively cleaned, observe has a deep cut) I was thinking NCS

Then I have the following walking lib halves in MS but they appear recently dipped

    1941 S ms61
1944 S ms65 but dipping is most obvious on this coin
    1945 MS62

    Then Chinese silver dollar coins
    1908
    1912
    1913
    1919
    1920
    1927
    1927
    1927
    1932
    1934
    1934
    1934
most are lightly circulated some with chops.

should I just NCS all of them

I think NGC would be the best bet... I think they have stopped issuing NCS "holders" and are now just net grading everything.

NGC does special grading for problem coins. They do not assign a number, just condition category.
