    Photo would help. In 1964 there were proof sets. Special Mint Sets also, of which only about 30 were produced I think.

    1964 Proof set. A nice looking proof coin. Definitely high grade proof. I would guess PF 67 or 68.

    Those SMS coins weren’t packaged.

    This looks looks like a PF67.
