Are there any reputable individuals [website owners, maybe] that offer a service of sending your coins to a TPG service without the need for you to sign up and pay for a membership yourself? I don't know any other word to describe this other than "piggybacking" with someone's else's submission.

I had a few coins that I wanted to get slabbed, but I don't want to go into all of the trouble and fees for setting up a membership and whatnot. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

    hamman88 Spare some change, sir?

You could always piggyback with someone on this thread. I have some coins I need to be graded also.

If there's anyone here that would be willing, let me know your price!

A lot of dealers (most?) are PCGS and/or NGC members and submit coins for their customers. However, nearly all expect to make a profit doing so.

That's true, but it probably will still be cheaper than mailing them back-and-forth to one of the other members on top of the charge for shipping them to and from grading service. If there is a dealer near you, just make sure that they are PNG and ANA members.

I am not disagreeing totally with you, but from the rates I have seen around here, I would guess 3 or maybe 4 would be the breaking point. Most charge $25 round here whereas I can send them myself for $15 or $16 plus shipping. 3 coins leaves me $30 to cover shipping. That does it fairly well.

I would ask a local dealer.

Nearest dealer is 1.5hrs away - I could ship my coins to a trusted member, here, for much cheaper than the cost of gas and probably [hopefully] at a cheaper rate than any dealer would be willing to charge for the submissions.

I'm both a PCGS & NGC dealer. I'll submit them for you for the published grading cost + actual S&H.
