What is a good price to pay for U.S. 1961 -1964 Poof sets??

    What is the real world value of 1961-1964 proof sets with the envelope opened but still sealed in plastic?? Red Book says $16 - $17 but that seems high.

    $13-14 is what I would consider to be a fair price to pay for sets of those years
