OMG! You didn't wager anything, that's my point! The praise you received from Ken about your coin was still only worth one entry since you didn't wager anything, hence, you may not be "da man" in regards to who ends up with the best odds of winning this contest. read carefully, it was never stated that you wagered something. however, the OP pointed out one error in tallying wagers, which has since been corrected.

    Penny Fanatic Seated Half Collector

Mine is the liberty seated half dollar, I like the seated design because to me it's a timeless design plus its also under collected today. Why the half dollar? Because liberty is well rounded on the coin, not too big and not too scrunched and chubby, hopefully my camera will work soon and i can post the one i got at the Baltimore show.

    Thanks for the contest!

according to the pics, the grade on that seems to be a choice 63. and by the way evorlor, suprisingly, my most valuable coin in my collection is ALSO a 1913 $5 Indian (given to me by my Grandma)! How ironic!

And my Grandma also had a 1913, or 1909 (I forget) $5 Indian that I hope to inherit as the estate settles, and my name is ALSO Sam.

    Interesting and chivalrous contest...challenge accepted!

My favorite choice from my collection is a three way tie between my Star Trek $1 Commemoratives from the Republic of Liberia (yes yes I know that country spits out a lot of novelty coins each year.)

Full pictures can be found in my album.

    Here are some samples though:

Given the nature of this contest I will be offering the winner of this contest the ability to pick and chose from these three coins which ones they want. (If all three are asked then all three will be sent.)

    Great contest idea hamman8!!!

My favorite coin is my avatar, the 1982-ddr discovery coin.

As for what I will offer, I doesn't actually exist yet. At the World's Fair of Money in August there will be a celator hammering out special tokens for the show. I will give one of these tokens to the winner.
