    They must have been completly beaten up and heavily worn to go for that price. 21 Peace in VF-20 books for $75 - $90.

    You're assuming that every blast white coin has been dipped. I say that it's not necessarily the case.

    As for the OPs coin, luster being apparent in these images doesn't mean that the luster is not impaired. Apparent luster is NOT the same as MS luster. I still contend that if the luster is subdued on a coin that is typically found with outstanding luster then the coin has indeed been impaired by dipping and therefore is NOT MS. This coin has been impaired by dipping. You call it whatever you like.
