this e can't be a machine double can it?

    It sure looks like a doubled die to me. I seem to detect some subtle doubling in the letters immediately to the right. And I've seen one other cent with the same sort of doubling on the same letter (maybe the same die?). This would definitely be a candidate for attribution, if it hasn't been listed already.
