I was roll-searching at work today and happened across a 2000-S Silver proof dime. I thought it was a cool find (never found a proof in circ before). One thing I noticed is that it is a LOT thicker than the normal dime or even the normal silver dime. Is this how they are made? And if so why? Thanks, Tyler
If I remember right, the thickness isn't different, but the edge isn't beveled which makes it appear thicker.
