Almost in sequence....but as we know, almost doesn't cut it. Doh! :D

Would any of you guys hang on to these because they're so close together, or would you just spend them?

I had about 3 or 4 sequencial bills and asked the same question and most said to just spend em. they were only ones though but i feel you might get the same answer. now if it were an older series or star notes then i would say to keep em. you could always go and throw off some walmart employee's.

Joey's right. I'd spend them. If they were consecutives they may be nice to add to your collection but they currently wouldn't be worth anything more than face. If they were star notes, then I would definitely keep them.

Forgot the first half of that quote, "Close only counts in horse shoes and hand grenades."

Thanks for the input, guys. That's kind of what I thought...that they are spenders. I think I'm going to keep one of them, though (probably 00851311) just because they are really crisp, and in very good shape. They spent a few hours inside a book after the above picture was taken, which flattened them right out.

Anyway, speaking of star notes, I found this guy today, while out and about:

I'm definitely keeping this one. :)

Well, Decided to spend the star note 5. It seemed to be from a common run of over 3 million notes, and it wasn't in the best shape. The picture actually makes it look better than it does in person.
I think I'm going to check the print run of any star notes I encounter, and make my decision to keep it, based on that, and it's condition/SN.

Yep, you got it. Consult the printages and hang on to the ones that are ChCU or Gem if you are lucky to get them in that range.
