Nothing yet. I'll take some good pictures with the USB-Scope when I do. I'm giving it a few more days.

Cool. Looking forward to seeing the pictures. Looks like you could be owning a nice key date coin soon.

I for one - am very interested in seeing better images of this coin. From the Reverse images - I'd venture a minimum AU 50. If the coin is deemed genuine, I would think the retail of that coin is close to $4,000.

Get it graded by a top notch grading company for peace of mind.

    Best of luck !!

NGC lists the F price for this coin at $342.

    $4000?

Numismedia lists an AU-50 at $2760.

I guess I may have been somewhat optomistic.

That coin is so far beyond Fine - I just wanted to throw
up a Red Flag so the new collector doesn't get taken.

The $4K price was a Trends price from the Spring.

Here's the raw coin I sent to PCGS a few years ago -
although it came back as Genuine - "92 - Cleaned -
it sure was a nice coin.

IMHO there is no way that is the same coin from the first pictures. Not even close.

It's not the same coin and he never said it was.
You have him mixed up with the OP.

Okay, here's the news on that 1921 Walking Liberty.

I told her how much she might be able to get for it ( I was honest ) and advised her to sell it for good money and she did but won't tell me what she received for it.
