Hard to say with those photos. Can you post photos taken straight on (rather than at a slight angle - see reverse photo) and without the glare? Is that a ding on the obverse rim at 5 o'clock?
A man after my own heart ! A proof Barber. I'm assuming the obverse ding at 5 o'clock is part of the slab. Impossible to grade from photos but what the heck... I'll say 64. PCGS is stingy with CAM designation so I'll say no CAM on the slab.
back then (early 90's) there were no such grade as CAM. i've been out of circulation for the past 11 yrs,so these days i really don't know what's going on in the coin market.
If that scratch is on the cheek, not the holder, 64. Otherwise maybe better than 65, if that's not a flat star at 8 o'clock.
These proofs are generally graded by harilines or lack thereof. The photos don't show any, but that doesn't mean they're not there. I will presume they are not, and the coin graded at least 65.
