I just got this coin today it looks really nice and still has a great shine to it. and almost no wear. Do you think it has been cleaned? If it has been cleaned how much does that affect its value?

are those scans? if so I don't know much about how to adjust settings on a scanner. just play with the settings until you get a pic that looks more like the coin in hand..sorry could not be more help...

Cleaned or not that coin is worth no more than $20.

Pics look a bit weird, but IMHO, the coin looks like it got seriously tarnished, almost became black, and then cleaned to make it look shiny and pretty. Looks to me like it has been in circulation.

Agree with the price mentioned above, between 18$ and 21$, cleaned or not.

No way to tell from scans. If you could take pictures we could see it better.

Cleaning a coin will, sometimes, dramatically decrease the value.

    Under what circumstances?

It removes any remaining original mint luster, causes scratch marks from harsh cleaning, etc etc.
