I saw this SGS MS-70 and I have to ask is this really worth 10 grand? http://cgi.ebay.com/1976S-25C-SGS-M...em&pt=Coins_US_Individual&hash=item415121ca60
That's great photography for such an nice and expensive coin. I wonder if the coin would cross to a PCGS slab.
I guess ignorance is bliss. I wonder how blissful he will be when his auction get pulled. Here is his post for when it gets pulled.
But he has a 100% rating with an amazing four transactions. One or two more and he may be able to retire. How can you go wrong with this one
I think his feedback was for purchases. One was a book entitled, Photography for Blind People by I. Kent See. Chris
is that a counterfeit sgs slab! even though i never really look into them for obvious reasons, i never seen one look like that..
1. The Chinese will counterfeit anything. If they do an XF 1957-D Wheat, what won't they do. 2. Someone as ignorant as this fellow.
that is why i thought it was funny. why take the time to make such a bad copy of a company like sgs? but like i said, i don't know much about this company other then, not to trust their grades. so it could be a new style of holder or an old style.
HOLY COW!!!!! Another Crazy Ebay Auction. Let's see here...... 1.) Starting price of $10,000. Strike # 1 2.) SGS holder. That must be a third party grader. Not PCGS or NGC. Strike # 2 3.) Bad pictures. Strike # 3 Verdict: This ebay seller is out. No bids for this auction. At least the ebay seller offers free shipping. :goofer: :goofer: :goofer:
I reported it... A raw or uncertified coin is defined as any coin not graded by an authorized grading company. Sellers can list these items on eBay as long as: * A numeric grade (such as MS-65, VF-25) is not included in the title of the listing. A numeric grade can only be included in the item description. * No grading company is referenced in the title or description.
